Ingredients
250 g macaroni
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan
Salt & black pepper to taste
Method
1. Cook macaroni in salted boiling water on your Snappy Chef. Drain and set aside.
2. Melt butter in a pot from the Snappy Chef Platinum Cookware Combo on the Snappy Chef Induction Oven, stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
3. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth and thickened.
4. Add cheeses and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Mix in macaroni until fully coated. Serve hot.
