Warranty Policy

Snappy Chef offers a 24 month limited walk-in repair warranty on all appliances. Limitations include coverage of only working parts, which excludes glass-tops and base covers. *Additional limitations may apply to products categorized as domestic.

Domestic Induction Appliances

In addition to the walk-in 7-day exchange option on all induction appliances, Snappy Chef will guarantee all working components of the Snappy Chef induction appliances for a period of twenty four (24) months.
This includes replacement of:
– all working parts, including,
– the cooling mechanism,
– the touch panel,
– all operational parts
This excludes replacement of:
– the glass-top
– the base cover
– and any part damaged by negligence and/or misuse.

***Should any indication of industrial use be found when repairs are being made, the warranty period will default to 3 months***

Industrial Induction Appliances

In addition to the walk-in 7-day exchange option on all induction appliances, Snappy Chef will guarantee all working components of the Snappy Chef induction appliances for a period of twenty four (24) months.
This includes replacement of:
– all working parts, including,
– the cooling mechanism,
– the touch panel,
– all operational parts.
This excludes replacement of:
– the glass/steel-top
– the steel base cover
– and any part damaged by negligence and/or misuse.

Exchange Policy

Snappy Chef offers a walk-in 7-day exchange option on all their induction appliances. The exchange option is limited to 7 work days from the date of purchase.

Induction Appliances

Any induction appliances proven to be faulty, not working, or damaged with-in seven (7) work days from purchase will be exchanged for new appliances for the same make and model.
No original invoice- no exchange.

Induction Cookware

Any unused cookware in damaged condition, including dents, breakages and/or scratches will be exchanged for cookware of the same make, type and size. Any used cookware with faults and or breakages will be considered for exchange only once the cause of said damages has been determined with-in 12* months from date of purchase.
Cookware damages resulting from negligence and/or misuse will not be covered by the exchange policy.

*Warranties may differ between cookware ranges, with notable exceptions being:
The Snappy Chef Superlight Cast Iron cookware range is covered with a limited 5-year warranty,
excluding the glass-lids and chips in the interior and/or exterior enamel coating of the cookware.
Damage resulting from use in a microwave oven, cutting food on the surface of the cookware, discolouration and or using electrical or handheld mixers in the cookware will void the warranty.

The Snappy Chef Platinum Stainless Steel cookware range has a limited 12 month warranty on all
items excluding the glass-lids. Scratch marks or severe scratching by use of metal utensils is not
covered by the warranty. Damage from overheating (discolouration) is instantly recognizable and is not covered by the warranty.

The Snappy Chef Other cookware range is guaranteed for 12 months, excluding all handles and or
glass lids. No original invoice- no exchange.

Induction Kettles

Unused kettles in damaged condition, including dents, breakages and/or scratches will be exchanged for kettles of the same make, type and size. Any used kettles with faults and or breakages will be considered for exchange only once the cause of said damages has been determined with-in 12 months from date of purchase. Kettle damages resulting from negligence, misuse, general wear-and-tear will not be covered by the exchange policy. The coloured outer-layer of Snappy Chef Kettles cannot be guaranteed against damage resulting from general usage.
Special terms: Coastal rust has been reported, and is not covered by the exchange policy.
Take care to keep the kettle clean & dry when not in use.

Other Products

Snappy Chef supplementary products with any faults or defects will only be exchanged with-in 12 months from the date of purchase. *Products listed as supplementary may have additional guarantee conditions unique to said product. No original invoice- no exchange.

*Products with alternative warranty terms:
– Snappy Chef Surge Protector Plugs
This product has a limited usage span of one (1) power surge. No exchanges will be made once the product lifetime has been exceeded.

The Snappy Chef Group (TSCG), including Catch Innovations 22 cc an all affiliated companies & franchise stores, reserves the right to reasonably judge each claim on its own merits. When considered necessary, deviation from the exchange policy may be advisable, but with-in the limits of this document. TSCG also reserves the right to change the terms of these policies without prior notice to any parties, but will extend each customer the courtesy of action under the policy effective at the date of their purchase.
