The Snappy Chef Group (TSCG) offers our online store facility to patrons & new customers in The Republics of South Africa and Namibia only.
Orders are automatically routed to the closest Snappy Chef Brand Store, from where it will be dispatched.
All deliveries are booked on general economy service, and has an expected delivery time of 4 days. Collection options are also available to customers wishing to pick-up from any of our brand stores. If and where applicable, delivery charges will be applied to the cart before check-out.
Orders are dispatched and deliveries will take place during normal office hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends & public holidays. Orders are normally processed within 24 hours (during normal working days) or on a Monday (following weekends).
Delivery of goods will be attempted twice before goods are returned to the relevant Snappy Chef Brand Store. Any further delivery attempts will incur additional costs.
Kindly note that we make use of 3rd party courier services, and cannot be held liable for any late deliveries. We recommend contacting us directly in the event of poor service, unfair treatment, harassment or problematic deliveries. We will handle any queries with the service providers on your behalf. All parcels are insured, and any damages should be reported as soon as detected.
We give our utmost to serve customers as quickly as possible. It is however a reality that courier services are sometimes subject to strikes and other delays, hence the need for more than one shipping company. While these delays are very rare, we will keep an eye on each situation, and keep you are customer informed of any major delays.
While we endeavour to supply each customer with a tracking number to your order- we are dependent on the relevant couriers to supply us with these details. Availability of tracking details might thus be delayed.
You are welcome to track the parcel yourself, or contact us should you need assistance.
While our website inventory is updated automatically throughout the day to ensure customers stay aware of out-of-stock items, we cannot guaranty stock availability on a minute-by-minute basis, and will be in contact should we receive an order on any item that might be out-of-stock. Orders on which items are out-of-stock will automatically be placed on hold, and we will contact you to enquire if you would prefer part of full shipment of the order.
Any items displayed as out-of-stock means the item is temporary unavailable, and in no way means that the item is permanently discontinued.
