Firstly, the knives are not dishwasher safe.
Secondly, the knives should not be left to ‘soak’.
Ideally, cleaning should be done immediately after use, to ensure no abrasive material remains on the blade.
Cleaning the blades can be done with a soft sponge and hot, soapy water.
The pakkawood handles may discolour, chip or crack if left soaking.
