Snappy Chef Induction Stoves provide rapid, instant heating,
improved efficiency & greater heat consistancy.

 
 

The Main companent of any induction stove is a copper coil fitted
underneath the cooking surface. When an electrical
current is applied through this coil, an oscillating magnetic field is created.
The magnetic field creates heat in the cooking vessel by inducing a current
in the magnetically conductive pot/pan.

 
As induction stoves induce heat by way of magnetic flield, only ferro-magnetic
(magnetically conductive cookware) such as
cast iron & certain types of stainless steel will work.

Ferro-magnetic cookware includes cookware made from:
Cast Iron cookware
Tin (Most enamle coated cookware)
430 Range Stainless Steel cookware
Cookware made with a 18/8 Stainless Steel to aluminum ratio
